Preparation Method :
- Arrange the rabbit in a 3 cups dish and place the onion rings on top. Cover with cling-film and slit it to allow steam to escape.
- Cook on Full for 4 minutes. Whisk together the remaining ingredients until smooth. Uncover the rabbit and pour over the gravy mixture.
- Cover as before and cook on Full for 5 minutes. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before eating.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons corn flour
- 250 grams rabbit pieces
- 1 small onion, very thinly sliced and separated into rings
- 1 small bottle lemon flavoured sparkling mineral water
- 1 teaspoon gravy granules or stock powder
- 1 tablespoon hot water
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
