RASPBERRY

Makes :
4 Cups

Preparation Time :
20 minutes

Cooking Time :
35 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Put the prepared fruit in a 9 cups dish.
  • Cook to a pulp with water but no sugar, Heat, uncovered, on Defrost for 6 minutes.
  • After cooking, add the extra water and granulated or preserving sugar in the quantities given below.
  • Stir well, return to the microwave and cook, uncovered, on Full for 1 minute, stirring with a wooden spoon to ensure the sugar has dissolved completely. Allow to stand for 5 minutes.
  • Continue to cook, uncovered, on Full for 30 minutes,
  • stirring frequently throughout cooking, until setting point is reached.
  • Skim after cooking, transfer to the pots.

  • 450 grams Raspberries fruit
  • 450 grams sugar
