- Arrange the cabbage over the base of a Dutch oven. Mix in the tomatoes and salt and place the chops on top.
- Pour the soy sauce over and sprinkle with the remaining ingredients. Cover with clingfilm (plastic wrap) and slit it twice to allow steam to escape.
- Cook on Full for 15 minutes, turning the dish four times. Allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving.

- 4 tomatoes, blanched, skinned and chopped
- Salt to taste
- 150 grams pork chops, trimmed
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- ½ teaspoons garlic salt
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon dark soft brown sugar
