MINCED PORK GOULASH

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Cooking Time :
6 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Put the meat in a 3 cups dish. Add in the dried vegetables and flour. Cover with clingfilm and slit it to allow steam to escape.
  • Cook on Full for 4 minutes. Uncover and mash down. Add the tomatoes and paprika and season to taste.
  • Cover as before and cook on Full for 2 - 3 minutes. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before eating.

INGREDIENTS

  • 150 grams minced pork or beef
  • 2 tablespoons dried onions
  • 2 tablespoons mixed dried peppers
  • 2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
  • 250 grams chopped tomatoes
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
