JAPANESE PORK WITH EGGS

Japanese Pork with Eggs is perfectly recommended to satisfy your cravings! No need to look for other dishes as this microwave recipe is just right for you! Japanese Pork with Eggs basically includes beef stock, sherry, teriyaki sauce, soft brown sugar, cooked pork, eggs and long-grain rice!

Preparation Method :

  • Pour the stock, sherry and teriyaki sauce into a shallow dish. Stir in the sugar. Cover with clingfilm (plastic wrap) and slit it twice to allow steam to escape.
  • Cook , on Full for 5 minutes. Uncover and stir round. Mix in the pork and pour the eggs over the top.
  • Cook, uncovered, on Full for 5 minutes, turning the dish for about 3 times.
  • To serve, spoon the rice into individual bowls and top with the cooked pork and egg mixture.

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 ml hot chicken or beef stock
  • 3 tablespoons medium-dry sherry
  • 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon light soft brown sugar
  • 250 grams cooked pork, cut into strips
  • 4 large eggs, beaten
  • 150 grams long-grain rice, boiled
