Preparation Method :
- Put the meat in a 3 cups dish. Add in the dried vegetables and flour. Cover with clingfilm and slit it to allow steam to escape.
- Cook on Full for 4 minutes. Uncover and mash down. Add the tomatoes and paprika and season to taste.
- Cover as before and cook on Full for 2 - 3 minutes. Allow to stand for 2 minutes .
- Stir in the soured cream or crème fraiche immediately before serving.
INGREDIENTS
- 150 grams minced pork or beef
- 2 tablespoons dried onions
- 2 tablespoons mixed dried peppers
- 2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
- 250 grams chopped tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons soured cream
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
