FESTIVE GAMMON
The Festive Gammon is usually offered by some high class restaurants in western countries. In case you want to experience their festive recipe, you should try the Festive Gammon. This is very easy to cooking because it requires you to finish few cooking instructions.

- Boil the joint first conventionally to decrease saltiness. Place the gammon in a large saucepan, cover with cold water, bring to the boil and drain. Repeat.
- Weigh the drained joint and cook, on Full for 10 minutes. Either stand the joint directly on the glass tray inside the microwave or put it in a large shallow dish.
- If there is a narrow end, wrap it in a piece of foil to prevent overcooking. Cover the gammon with kitchen paper and cook for half the cooking time.
- Allow to stand in the microwave for 20 - 30 minutes. Remove the foil, if used, turn the joint over and cover with kitchen paper.
- Leave to stand for about 20 minutes. Transfer to a board. Strip off the skin, score the fat , then sprinkle with the crumbs. Stud each diamond with a clove.
