CHILLI PORK CHOPS

Feel the hot and sweet taste of the Chilli Pork Chops recipe. This dish is appropriate to prepare on your lunch or dinner. With its highly nutritional ingredients, you will surely enjoy and satisfy the taste and aroma which it offers to you.

Preparation Method :

  • Arrange the chops in a deep 30 cm / 12 in diameter dish. Sprinkle with the seasoning and garlic powder. Cover with clingfilm (plastic wrap) and slit it twice to allow steam to escape.
  • Cook on Full for 10 minutes, turning the dish twice. Uncover and spread with the beans and tomatoes with their juice. Sprinkle with the coriander and salt.
  • Cover as before and cook on Full for 15 minutes, turning 3 - 4 times. Allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 grams spare rib chops, fat removed
  • 2 teaspoons chilli seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 400 grams red kidney beans, drained
  • 400 grams chopped tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander  
  • Salt to taste
