QUICK MEDITERRANEAN PIZZA

- Spread pitta bread with tomato paste, then with olive paste.
 - Place pasta sauce and mozzarella cheese in a bowl and mix to combine. Spread over pitta bread.
 - Arrange artichokes, capers, anchovies and sun-dried tomato attractively on top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
 - Place pizza on a double thickness of absorbent kitchen paper on edge of turntable and cook on Medium for 3 minutes, turn, then cook for another 2 minutes.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 1 oval or small round wholemeal pitta bread
 - 1 teaspoon tomato paste
 - ½ teaspoon olive paste
 - 75 ml thick Napolitana or similar tomato pasta sauce
 - 50 grams grated mozzarella cheese
 - 4 segramsents marinated artichoke hearts
 - 1 teaspoon capers, drained
 - 4 anchovy fillets, drained
 - 1 sun-dried tomato in oil, drained and sliced
 - 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
