POTATO PIZZA

- Put the potatoes in a 3 cup dish with the water and salt. Cover with clingfilm and slit it to allow steam to escape.
 - Cook on Full for 6 - 8 minutes. Uncover and drain. Mash finely, then beat in the milk and butter.
 - Smooth the top and clean the side of the dish. Sprinkle with the cheese.
 - Mix together the pesto and ketchup and trickle over the cheese. Cook, uncovered, on Full for 2 minutes. Garnish with the olives and serve hot.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 75 grams orange-coloured Cheddar cheese
 - 1 teaspoon pesto
 - 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
 - 250 grams potatoes, peeled and cut into small chunks
 - 2 tablespoons water
 - ½ teaspoon salt
 - 2 tablespoons milk
 - 2 teaspoons butter or margarine
 - 6 black olives
