Preparation Method :
- Place the meat in a deep dish. Thoroughly mix in the onion and flour. Cook, uncovered, on Full for about 6 minutes. Break up the meat with a fork.
 - Add the water and crumble in the stock cube. Stir well to mix. Cover with clingfilm and slit it to allow steam to escape.
 - Cook on Full for 15 minutes, turning the dish 3 - 4 times. Cool to lukewarm, then transfer to a 5 cups greased pie dish.
 - Top with hot mashed potato creamed with butter or margarine and hot milk.
 - Season well with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
 - Spread over the meat mixture, then rough up with a fork. Reheat, uncovered, on Full for 4 minutes or brown under a hot grill.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams lean lamb mince
 - 2 tablespoons plain flour
 - 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
 - 750 grams hot mashed potato
 - 500 ml hot water
 - 75 ml hot milk
 - 1 beef stock cube
 - 1 onion, grated
 - Salt to taste
