SPAGHETTI WITH BEEF AND MIXED VEGETABLE BOLOGNESE SAUCE

Spaghetti with beef and mixed vegetable Bolognese sauce – get this new food craving now! Simply surprise your love ones through preparing this perfect recipe at hand. With its Bolognese sauce, this dish appears more enticing and delicious that can never resist by every eater.

Preparation Method :

  • Put the oil, onion, garlic, bacon, celery and carrot in a 9 cups dish.
  • Add the mushrooms and meat. Cook, uncovered, on Full for 6 minutes, stirring twice with a fork break up the meat.
  • Mix in all the remaining ingredients except the salt and pepper and spaghetti. Cover and cook on Full for 15 minutes, stirring 3 times.
  • Allow to stand for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve with the pasta. Offer the Parmesan cheese separately.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 4 rashers (slices) streaky bacon, chopped
  • 1 celery stalk, chopped
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 150 grams button mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 250 grams lean minced beef
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 wine glass dry red wine
  • 150 ml sieved tomatoes (passata)
  • 5 tablespoons beef stock
  • 2 large tomatoes, blanched, skinned and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon dark soft brown sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon grated nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon chopped basil leaves
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 300 grams freshly cooked and drained spaghetti
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
