- Beat together the cream, egg yolk, 3 tablespoons of the Parmesan and the spring onions. Season to taste.
- Cook the spaghetti. Drain and place in a serving dish. Add the cream mixture and toss all together with two wooden spoons.
- Cover with kitchen paper and reheat on Full for 2 minutes.
