SPAGHETTI BOLOGNESE
The minced beef, mixed herbs, tomatoes, spaghetti and other special flavorings are the prime ingredients in creating an appetizing microwave recipe – the spaghetti Bolognese. This special recipe is extremely best because of its delicious and healthy ingredients that are suited for all.

Preparation Method :
- Combine the beef with the garlic in a 8 cups dish. Cook, uncovered, on Full for 5 minutes.
- Mix in all the remaining ingredients except the salt, pepper and spaghetti.
- Cover with a plate and cook on Full for 15 minutes, stirring four times with a fork to break up the meat.
- Allow to stand for 5 minutes. Season with the salt and pepper to taste and serve with the spaghetti.

- 500 grams lean minced beef
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 large onion, grated
- 1 green (bell) pepper, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried mixed herbs
- 400 grams can chopped tomatoes
- 50 ml tomato puree
- 1 beef stock cube
- 75 ml red wine or water
- 1 tablespoon dark soft brown sugar
- Freshly ground black pepper and Salt
- 300 grams freshly cooked and drained spaghetti
