- Cut the livers into small pieces and coat with the flour. Put the butter, oil and garlic in a 6cup dish.
- Heat, uncovered, on Full for 1 minute. Add the mushrooms. Cover and cook on Full for5 minutes, stirring twice.
- Mix in the livers, hot water and wine. Season to taste.
- Cover and cook again on FULL for 5 minutes, stirring twice. Toss with the pasta so as to coat completely.
- Spoon into the serving plates and serve hot.

- 250 grams chicken livers
- 300 grams pasta, freshly cooked and drained
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 150 ml hot water
- 150 ml dry red wine
- 150 grams mushrooms, sliced
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Grated Parmesan cheese
