PASTA NAPOLETANA

Preparation Method :

  • Put all the ingredients in a 6 cup dish. Mix well. Cover with a plate and cook on Full for 6 minutes, stirring twice.
  • Season to taste, then stir in the parsley. Serve with the pasta and sprinkle the grated cheese with herbs and pepper.

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 large ripe tomatoes, blanched, skinned and coarsely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 celery stalk, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped basil leaves
  • 2 teaspoons light soft brown sugar
  • 50 ml water or red wine
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 300 grams freshly cooked and drained pasta
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
