Preparation Method :
- Put the pasta in a large individual serving dish with the salt and water. Stand the dish on a plate in case the water boils over. Cook, uncovered, on Full for 5 - 7 minutes.
- Remove from the microwave, cover with a plate and allow to stand for 2 minutes. Drain. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Cover as before and reheat on Full for 2 minutes.

- 75 grams lean chopped ham
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons double cream
- 50 grams any pasta
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 250 ml boiling water
- 2 tablespoons tomato juice
