CLASSIC MACARONI CHEESE

Learn how to explore the magical taste of classic macaroni cheese! This recipe is extremely fast and easy to prepare. Because of its perfect ingredients like butter, cheese, milk and other flavorings, the menu appears more tempting and delicious that you can never resist.

Preparation Method :

  • Put the macaroni in a deep dish. Stir in the salt and sufficient boiling water above the level of the pasta.
  • Cook, uncovered, on Full for 8minutes until just tender, stirring 2 times. Stand for 4 minutes inside the microwave.
  • Drain, then leave to stand while preparing the sauce. Melt the butter or margarine, uncovered, on Defrost for 2minutes.
  • Stir in the- flour, then gradually blend in the milk- Cook, uncovered, on Full for 6 minutes until smoothly thickened, whisking every minute.
  • Mix in half of the cheese with the mustard and seasoning, then the macaroni Spread evenly in a dish.
  • Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Reheat, uncovered, on Full for 4 minutes before serving.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 grams elbow macaroni
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 250 ml milk
  • 250 grams Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 teaspoons made mustard
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
