Preparation Method :
- Place eggplant (aubergine), garlic and French dressing in a bowl and mix to combine.
 - Place veal around edge of a microwavable casserole dish and place eggplant in the centre, cover and cook on High for 4 minutes.
 - Stir in sauce, cover and cook on Medium for 6 minutes, stir, then cook for another 5 minutes or until veal is cooked. Scatter with olives and serve Hot.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 1 eggplant (aubergine), cut into cubes
 - 1 clove garlic, crushed
 - 75 ml French dressing
 - 4 thin slices veal steak or escalopes, cut into thin strips
 - 500 ml tomato pasta sauce
 - 9 green olives, sliced
