CELERY CHEESE WITH BACON
Celery Cheese with Bacon creates a soothing effect to someone’s taste! It is really delectable in a sense that it’s fully loaded with ingredients like bacon, margarine, water, celery, mustard and ground black pepper! This is just right to be served with the entire family and friends!

Preparation Method :
- Put the bacon on a plate and cover with kitchen paper. Cook on Full for 4 minutes, turning the plate once.Drain off and coarsely chop the bacon.
- Put the celery in a clean dish with boiling water. Cover and cook on Full for 8 - 10 minutes, turning the dish twice. Drain and reserve the liquid.
- Put the butter in a 6 cups dish. Melt, uncovered, on Defrost for 2minutes. Stir in the flour and cook on Full for 1 minute.
- Gradually blend in the milk. Cook, uncovered, on Full for 5 minutes until smoothly thickened, whisking every minute.
- Mix in the celery water, celery, bacon, mustard and half of the cheese. Adjust Seasoning. Transfer the mixture to a clean dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese and paprika. Reheat, uncovered, on Full for 3 minutes. Serve with fried bread.

- 6 rashers (slices) streaky bacon
- 320 grams celery, diced
- 2 tablespoons boiling water
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 300 ml warm full-cream milk
- 1 teaspoon Home made mustard
- 250 grams Cheddar cheese, grated
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Paprika
- Fried bread, to serve
