Preparation Method :
- Put the butter or margarine in a Dutch oven. Add the honey. Melt, uncovered, on Defrost for about 3 - 4 minutes.
- Mix in all the remaining ingredients except the raisins. Cook, uncovered, on Full for 10 minutes, stirring 4 times or until the granola is lightly browned.
- Add the raisins and mix in thoroughly. Allow to stand until cold and crisp, then break up with a fork until crumbly. Store in an airtight container.

- 100 grams light soft brown sugar
- 75 grams chopped nuts
- 100 grams raisins
- 100 grams butter or margarine
- 100 ml clear honey
- 250 grams porridge oats
- 3 tablespoons coarse bran
