LENTIL DHAL
The lentil dhal is extremely one of a kind and most preferred by millions of people because of its perfect ingredients. It mainly consists of butter, garam masala, tomato puree, turmeric and other special seasoning. You can also out coriander leaves for its presentation purposes.

Preparation Method :
- Add the ghee and butter in a 7 cups casserole dish.
- Heat, uncovered, on Full for 1 minute. Mix in the onions and garlic. Cover with a plate and cook on Full for 4 minutes.
- Stir in all the remaining ingredients Cover and cook on Full for 12 - 16 minutes, stirring at least 3 times. Allow to stand for 4 minutes.
- If too thick, thin down with a little extra boiling water. Garnish with the coriander and serve hot.

- 50 grams ghee
- 4 onions, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 250 grams orange lentils, rinsed
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 tablespoon tomato puree
- 750 ml boiling water
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- 4 teaspoons garam masala
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Seeds from 4 green cardamom pods
- Salt to taste
- Chopped coriander leaves, to garnish
