- Arrange the cutlets on a dinner plate like the spokes of a wheel, fleshy ends towards the edge. Spread with the sauce.
- Cover loosely with kitchen paper to prevent spluttering. Cook on Full for 4 minutes. Allow to stand for 20 - 30 seconds before eating.
