VICTORIAN LAMB CUTLETS

Preparation Method :

  • Arrange the cutlets on a dinner plate like the spokes of a wheel, fleshy ends towards the edge. Spread with the sauce.
  • Cover loosely with kitchen paper to prevent spluttering. Cook on Full for 4 minutes. Allow to stand for 20 - 30 seconds before eating.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 grams lamb best end neck cutlets
  • 1 tablespoon brown table sauce
