SHORT-CUT LIVER AND ONIONS

Preparation Method :
- Put the onions in a 3 cups dish with 4 tablespoon of the water. Cook, uncovered, on Full for 2 minutes.
- Stir in the liver, gravy granules or stock powder and the remaining water, adding pepper to taste.
- Cover with clingfilm and slit it to allow steam to escape. Cook on Full for 4 minutes.
- Allow to stand for 1 minute. Uncover and sprinkle with salt.

- 100 grams lambs' liver, cut into strips
- 3 tablespoons dried sliced onions
- 5 tablespoons water
- 2 teaspoons gravy granules or stock powder
- Salt and fleshly ground black pepper
