SHORT-CUT LIVER AND ONIONS

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Cooking Time :
6 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Put the onions in a 3 cups dish with 4 tablespoon of the water. Cook, uncovered, on Full for 2 minutes.
  • Stir in the liver, gravy granules or stock powder and the remaining water, adding pepper to taste.
  • Cover with clingfilm and slit it to allow steam to escape. Cook on Full for 4 minutes.
  • Allow to stand for 1 minute. Uncover and sprinkle with salt.

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 grams lambs' liver, cut into strips
  • 3 tablespoons dried sliced onions
  • 5 tablespoons water
  • 2 teaspoons gravy granules or stock powder
  • Salt and fleshly ground black pepper
