SAUSAGE KEBAB

Preparation Method :

  • Thread the beef or pork sausage cubes on to the skewer. Put on a dinner plate.
  • Combine the remaining ingredients and brush over the meat.
  • Cover loosely with kitchen paper to prevent spluttering. Cook on Full for 4 minutes, turning the skewer over once.
  • Allow to stand for 1 minute before eating.

INGREDIENTS

  • 150 grams beef or pork sausages, Cut each sausage into 5 pieces
  • 1 wooden skewer, soaked
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon tomato ketchup
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
