LIVER AND BACON
Every kid truly loves eating liver and bacon. If you want to surprise your kids, you can simply prepare this at hand through completing its numerous ingredients and following its accurate cooking procedures. This recipe can be prepared within 15 minutes.

Preparation Method :
- Put the onions and bacon in a Dutch oven. Cook, uncovered, on Full for 7 minutes, stirring twice. Mix in the liver.
- Cover with a plate and cook on Full for 9 minutes, stirring 3 times. Mix the cornflour with cold water to make a smooth paste.
- Stir into the liver and onions, then gradually blend in the boiling water.
- Cover and cook on Full 6 minutes, stirring 2 times, to stand for 5 minutes.
- Season to and serve.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 onions, grated
- 8 bacon rashers (slices), coarsely chopped
- 450 grams lamb liver, cut into small cubes
- 3 tablespoons cornflour
- 5 tablespoons cold water
- 150 ml boiling water
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
