LIVER AND BACON WITH APPLE

Preparation Method :
- Put the onions, apple and bacon in a Dutch oven. Cook, uncovered, on Full for 7 minutes, stirring twice. Mix in the liver.
- Cover and cook on Full for 9 minutes, stirriring 3 times. Mix the cornflour with cold water to make a smooth paste.
- Stir into the liver and onions, then gradually blend in the boiling water and apple juice.
- Cover and cook on Full 6 minutes, stirring 2 times, to stand for 5 minutes.
- Season to and serve.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 eating apple peeled and grated
- 1 onion, grated
- 8 bacon rashers (slices), coarsely chopped
- 450 grams lamb liver, cut into small cubes
- 3 tablespoons corn flour
- 5 tablespoons cold water
- 100 ml boiling water
- 100 ml apple juice
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
