Preparation Method :
- Place the meat in a deep dish. Thoroughly mix in the onion and flour. Cook, uncovered, on Full for about 6 minutes. Break up the meat with a fork.
- Add the water and crumble in the stock cube. Stir well to mix. Cover with clingfilm and slit it to allow steam to escape.
- Cook on Full for 15 minutes, turning the dish 3 - 4 times. Allow to stand for 5 minutes.
- Add the salt and stir round before serving.

- 1 beef stock cube
- 1 onion, grated
- Salt to taste
