LAMB MINCE

Preparation Method :

  • Place the meat in a deep dish. Thoroughly mix in the onion and flour. Cook, uncovered, on Full for about 6 minutes. Break up the meat with a fork.
  • Add the water and crumble in the stock cube. Stir well to mix. Cover with clingfilm and slit it to allow steam to escape.
  • Cook on Full for 15 minutes, turning the dish 3 - 4 times. Allow to stand for 5 minutes.
  • Add the salt and stir round before serving.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams minced lamb
  • 2 tablespoons plain flour
  • 500 ml hot water
  • 1 beef stock cube
  • 1 onion, grated
  • Salt to taste
