LAMB LOAF WITH MINT AND ROSEMARY

The lamb loaf with mint and rosemary is widely known all over the world. Because of its delicious taste and irresistible aroma, you will definitely crave for more bites. If you want to prepare this, simply check its cooking procedures and tips at hand.

15 minutes

Cooking Time :
10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Lightly grease an oval pie dish.
  • Mix together all the ingredients except the nutmeg and spread into the dish. Cover with clingfilm (plastic wrap) and slit it to allow steam to escape.
  • Cook on Full for 10 minutes, turning the dish twice.
  • Allow to stand for 5 minutes, then uncover and sprinkle with nutmeg. Cut into portions to serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams lamb mince
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • ½ teaspoon dried crumbled rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon dried mint
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon brown table sauce
  • ½ teaspoon Grated nutmeg
  • Salt to taste
