- Arrange the potato and carrot slice in a single layer over the base of a deep dish.
- Arrange the chops on top. Sprinkle with the onion and apple and pour juice over. Season to taste and with flakes of the butter or margarine.
- Cover with clingfilm (plastic wrap) slit it twice to allow steam to escape. Cook on Full for 15 minutes, turn the dish twice. Allow to stand for minutes before serving.
