BRAISED LIVER WITH BACON AND PEAS

Serves :

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Cooking Time :
4 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Put the liver and bacon in a 3 cups dish. Mix in the remaining ingredients. Cover with clingfilm and slit it to allow steam to escape.
  • Cook on Full for 4 minutes. Allow to stand for 2minutes. Uncover and stir round. Eat straight away.

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 grams lambs' or pigs' liver, cut into strips
  • 1 rasher streaky bacon, coarsely chopped
  • 5 tablespoons canned garden peas
  • 2 teaspoons gravy granules or stock powder
