BRAISED LIVER WITH BACON AND PEAS

- Put the liver and bacon in a 3 cups dish. Mix in the remaining ingredients. Cover with clingfilm and slit it to allow steam to escape.
- Cook on Full for 4 minutes. Allow to stand for 2minutes. Uncover and stir round. Eat straight away.
INGREDIENTS
- 100 grams lambs' or pigs' liver, cut into strips
- 1 rasher streaky bacon, coarsely chopped
- 5 tablespoons canned garden peas
- 2 teaspoons gravy granules or stock powder
