Preparation Method :
- Place gooseberries, lemon juice and orange flower water in a large microwavable jug, cover and cook on High for 6 minutes or until fruit is pulpy.
- Stir in sugar and pectin and cook, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Pour into hot sterilized jars. Seal when cold.

- 250 gramscape gooseberries, Washed, dried and cut in half
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon orange flower water
- 250 grams sugar
- 2 teaspoons pectin
