BERRY AND ROSE CONSERVE

                    Preparation Method :
- Cut small strawberries in half and large ones into quarters. Do not wash raspberries but 'pick over' to check for and remove bugs. Leave raspberries whole.
 - Place berries and lemon juice in a large microwavable bowl, cover and cook on High for 5 - 7 minutes or until fruit is pulpy.
 - Stir in sugar and pectin and cook, uncovered for 4 minutes, stir, then cook for another 2 minutes .
 - Stir in the rosewater and pour conserve into hot sterilized jars. Seal when cold.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams mixture of strawberries or raspberries, Wash strawberries, drain well and hull
 - 3 tablespoons lemon juice
 - 500 grams sugar
 - 3 teaspoons pectin
 - 1 tablespoon rosewater
