MOCK CHEESE AND TOMATO FONDUE

Preparation Method :
- Place all the ingredients except the sherry in a 1.25 litres / 2¼ pt / 5½ cups glass or pottery dish.
- Cook, uncovered, on Defrost for 7 minutes, stirring three or four times, until the fondue is smoothly thickened.
- Remove from the microwave and stir in the sherry. Eat with pieces of warm ciabatta bread.

- 250 grams mature Cheddar cheese, grated
- 125 grams Lancashire or Wensleydale cheese, crumbled
- 300 ml condensed tomato soup
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- A dash of hot pepper sauce
- 3 tablespoons dry sherry Warmed ciabatta bread, to serve
