DUTCH FARMHOUSE FONDUE
Dutch Farmhouse Fondue is such a perfect dish that you can in due course serve with your friends and family! It contains a lot of ingredients to satisfy your cravings! For sure you would be happy when one of your friends gives his compliment on this dish!

Preparation Method :
- Place all the ingredients in a deep 11 cups glass or pottery dish, seasoning well to taste.
- Cook, uncovered for 10 minutes, stirring four times, until the fondue begins to bubble gently.
- Bring the dish to the table and eat by spearing a cube of bread on to a long fondue fork, swirling it round in the cheese mixture, then lifting it out.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 500 grams Gouda cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons cornflour (cornstarch)
- 4 teaspoons mustard powder
- A pinch of grated nutmeg
- 300 ml full-cream milk
- Salt and freshly ground black
- Pepper
- Cubed bread, to serve
