SALMON HOLLANDAISE WITH CORIANDER
In this recipe you will need to have salmon steaks, use dry white wine, copped coriander and other supporting ingredients. You can this and serve to your family within 30 minutes. So easy to prepare and it will not cost you more from your pocket.

Preparation Method :
- Arrange the steaks round the sides of a deep 20 cm / 8 in diameter dish. Add the water or wine. Sprinkle the fish with the salt.
- Cover with clingfilm (plastic wrap) and slit it twice to allow steam to escape. Cook on Defrost for about 15 minutes. Add chopped coriander and chopped lemon balm.
- Allow to stand for 5 minutes. Lift out on to four warmed plates with a fish slice, draining off the liquid. Coat each with the Hollandaise Sauce.

- 150 ml water or dry white wine

- 2 teaspoons chopped lemon balm
- ½ teaspoon salt
