Preparation Method :
- Put the salmon in a shallow round dish. Coat with the lemon juice and wine or water. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Cover with plastic wrap and slit it to allow steam to escape. Cook on Defrost for 6 minutes.
- Allow to stand for 1 - 2 minutes. Eat hot with melted butter.

- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons white wine or water
- 250 grams salmon steak,washed and dried
- Salt and white pepper
- Melted butter or mayonnaise, to serve
