KEDGEREE WITH SMOKED SALMON

In order to have this you will have to buy the following ingredients like smoked salmon, basmati rice, curry powder, hard cooked eggs and with other needed ingredients. It is simple to prepare and it is delicious that your loved ones will crave for it.

45 minutes

Cooking Time :
20 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Place the butter or margarine in a round 7 cups heatproof serving dish and melt on Defrost for 1 minutes.
  • Stir in the rice, curry powder and boiling water. Cover and cook again for 10 - 15 minutes.
  • Chop two of the eggs and stir into the dish with the fish, cream and parsley, seasoning to ste.
  • Cover and reheat for 5 minutes. Remove the dish from the microwave.
  • Garnish with the sliced egg and parsley sprigs.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 grams smoked salmon, strips
  • 4 tablespoon cold water
  • 50 grams butter or margarine
  • 200 grams basmati rice
  • 1 tablespoon mild curry powder
  • 600 ml boiling water
  • 3 hard-boiled (hard-cooked) eggs
  • 150 ml single (light) cream
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Parsley sprigs, to garnish
