Preparation Method :
- Mix together all the ingredients except onion.
- Put the fish on a plate. Coat with the sauce and sprinkle with the onion.
- Cover with plastic wrap and slit it to allow steam to escape.
- Cook on Full for 4 minutes or until the skin just begins to break. Allow to stand for 1 minute before eating.

- 1 teaspoon medium-dry sherry
- ¼ teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
- 3 tablespoons thick mayonnaise
- 1 spring onion, chopped
