PLAICE IN CELERY SAUCE WITH TOASTED ALMONDS
Another mouth-watering fish recipe is this plaice with celery sauce that added with almonds. The ingredients are plaice cut into fillets, with chopped parsley and other supporting ingredients. It is not heavy for your pocket and ready to be served not more than one hour.

Preparation Method :
- Roll up the fish fillets from head to tail, skin sides inside. Arrange round the edge of a deep buttered dish.
- Gently whisk together the soup and water and stir in the parsley. Spoon over the fish.
- Cover the dish with clingfilm (plastic wrap) and slit it twice to allow steam to escape.
- Cook for 10 - 12 minutes, turning the dish twice. Allow to stand for 5 minutes.
- Cook for a further 5 minutes. Spoon on to warmed plates and serve, sprinkled with the almonds.

- 1 kg plaice fillets
- 300 ml condensed cream of celery soup
- 150 ml boiling water
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons flaked almonds, toasted
