Preparation Method :
- Mix together the ginger, garlic, teriyaki sauce, Worcestershire sauce and coriander. Put the fish on a plate.
- Coat with the herb and sauce mixture and sprinkle with the onion. Cover with clingfilm and slit it to allow steam to escape.
- Cook on Full for 4 minutes or until the skin just begins to break. Allow to stand for 1 - 2 minutes before eating.

- 250 grams plaice, cleaned and trimmed
- 1 inch piece fresh ginger,peeled and chopped
- 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
- ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 2 teaspoons chopped coriander leaves
- 1 spring onion, chopped
