CHINESE PLAICE

Preparation Method :

  • Mix together the ginger, garlic, teriyaki sauce, Worcestershire sauce and coriander. Put the fish on a plate.
  • Coat with the herb and sauce mixture and sprinkle with the onion. Cover with clingfilm and slit it to allow steam to escape.
  • Cook on Full for 4 minutes or until the skin just begins to break. Allow to stand for 1 - 2 minutes before eating.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 grams plaice, cleaned and trimmed  
  • 1 inch piece fresh ginger,peeled and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed  
  • 2 teaspoons chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 spring onion, chopped
