TUNA MORNAY

Tuna mornay dish is perfect for your choice. You will taste the milk and its yumminess that gives you satisfactions of this food. You can prepare this dish at home. It easy to prepare within 30 minutes and ready to serve!

Preparation Method :

  • Pour the milk into a glass or plastic jug and stir in the pickling spice, onion wedges, parsley and nutmeg.
  • Cover with a plate and heat for 5 minutes until the milk just begins to boil. Put the butter into a bowl and melt on Defrost for 2 minutes. Mix in the flour and cook for about 20 - 30 seconds.
