This recipe is consist of mussels, peeled prawns, cooked ham, lemon wedges, olive oil, Spanish risotto rice and other ingredients required for this recipe. Try to have this recipe at your home to prove that it is very delicious. It is just easy to prepare.

Preparation Method :
- Arrange the salmon cubes round the edge of a casserole dish, leaving a small hollow in the centre.
- Cover the dish with clingfilm (plastic wrap) and slit it twice to allow steam to escape.
- Cook on Defrost for about 10 minutes, turning the dish twice, until the fish looks flaky and just cooked.
- Drain off and reserve the liquid and set aside the salmon. Wash and dry the dish. Empty the saffron into a small bowl, add the hot water and leave to soak for 10 minutes.
- Pour the oil into the cleaned dish and add the onions, garlic and green pepper. Cook, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
- Add the rice, saffron with soaked water, peas, salmon cubes, reserved salmon liquid, boiling water and salt.
- Mix thoroughly but gently. Cover as before and cook for 10 minutes. Allow to stand in the microwave for 10 minutes.
- Cook for further 5 minutes. Uncover and carefully mix in the tomatoes and ham. Garnish with the prawns, mussels and lemon and serve.

- 125 grams peeled prawns (shrimp)
- 250 grams mussels in brine
- Lemon wedges or slices, to garnish
- 900 grams skinned salmon fillet, cubed
- 1 packet saffron powder
- 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 green (bell) pepper, seeded and coarsely chopped
- 250 grams Italian or Spanish risotto rice
- 150 grams frozen or fresh peas
- 750 ml boiling water
- 1 teaspoon salt
