SEAFISH IN A JACKET
The seafish in a jacket dish is suitable to prepare for dinner with your love ones. You will love the taste of fish fillet with yummy yogurt. You will cook and prepare it within 30 minutes and you will have a delightful moment!

Preparation Method :
- Cover the potatoes with kitchen paper and cook for 10 - 15 minutes.
- Wrap in a clean kitchen towel and set aside. Place the fish in a casserole dish (Dutch oven) with the butter or margarine, spring onions, mustard and paprika.
- Cover with a plate and cook for 5 minutes, stirring twice. Allow to stand for 2 minutes. Mix in the yoghurt and salt to taste.
- Cut a cross on top of each potato and squeeze gently to open out. Fill with the fish mixture, dust with paprika and eat hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 baking potatoes, unpeeled but well scrubbed
- 500 grams white fish fillet, skinned and cubed
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 3 spring onions (scallions), trimmed and chopped
- 2 tablespoons wholegrain mustard
- ½ teaspoon paprika, plus extra for dusting
- 3 tablespoons plain yoghurt
- Salt to taste
