ROLLMOPS WITH APRICOTS

If you are looking something new food to cook, you may try this at your home, the main ingredient here is very fresh carp and some few needed ingredients. You can have this food within one hour. This is a steamed fish recipe that you will surely love.

10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Wash the apricots and cut into bite- sized pieces. Place in a bowl with the cold water. Cover with an inverted plate and heat for 5 minutes.
  • Allow to stand for 5 minutes. Drain. Cut the rollmops into strips. Add to the apricots with the onions and creme fraiche. Mix well.
  • Cover and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for about 5 hours. Serve on salad leaves with crispbread.

INGREDIENTS

  • 75 grams dried apricots
  • 150 ml cold water
  • 3 rollmops(ready to eat) with sliced onions
  • 150 grams creme fraiche
  • Mixed salad leaves
  • Crispbread
