BAGNA CAUDA

Bagna Cauda is not only a tempting dish that you can eat together with your family! This is such a dish that can ultimately fulfill your fantasies! It contains a lot of ingredients like butter, olive oil, clove, anchovy fillets, chopped parsley and basil leaves!

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Cooking Time :
5 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Put the oil, butter and garlic into a non-metallic flameproof bowl.
  • Add oil from the can of anchovies, the parsley and basil. Finely chop the anchovies and add to the bowl.
  • Part-cover the bowl with a plate and cook on Defrost for 3 - 4 minutes until the dip is just warmed.
  • Transfer to a lit spirit stove and keep warm while eating.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tablespoons Cooking oil 
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted (sweet) butter
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed 
  • 50 grams anchovy fillets in oil 
  • 4 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped basil leaves
