BAGNA CAUDA

Preparation Method :
- Put the oil, butter and garlic into a non-metallic flameproof bowl.
- Add oil from the can of anchovies, the parsley and basil. Finely chop the anchovies and add to the bowl.
- Part-cover the bowl with a plate and cook on Defrost for 3 - 4 minutes until the dip is just warmed.
- Transfer to a lit spirit stove and keep warm while eating.

- 2 tablespoons unsalted (sweet) butter
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 50 grams anchovy fillets in oil
- 4 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped basil leaves
