- Put the fish on a plate, flesh side up. Sprinkle with the lemon juice, salt to taste and the spice mix.
- Cover with clingfilm and slit it to allow steam to escape. Cook on Defrost for 4 minutes until the flesh is flaking and soft.
- Allow to stand for 1 minute before eating.

- 1 mackerel, cleaned, head removed, and washed
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon tandoori spice
