TANDOORI MACKEREL

Cooking Time :
4 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Put the fish on a plate, flesh side up. Sprinkle with the lemon juice, salt to taste and the spice mix.
  • Cover with clingfilm and slit it to allow steam to escape. Cook on Defrost for 4 minutes until the flesh is flaking and soft.
  • Allow to stand for 1 minute before eating.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 mackerel, cleaned, head removed, and washed
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon tandoori spice
