JUGGED KIPPER

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Cooking Time :
6 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Place the kipper in a shallow square dish.
  • Add enough cold water to cover the fish. Cover with plastic wrap and slit it to allow steam to escape.
  • Cook on Full for 6 minutes. Allow to stand for 2 minutes. Uncover and drain. Serve topped with a knob of butter or margarine.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 medium kipper fillet, thawed if frozen
  • Butter or margarine
