THOUSAND PETAL HADDOCK WITH CRAB

Preparation Time :

Cooking Time :
9 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Put the fish on a dinner plate. Tip the crab into a small basin with the ginger, onion and garlic. Work in the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  • Spread over the fish with a knife. Cover with clingfilm and slit it to allow steam to escape.
  • Cook on Defrost for 9 minutes. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before eating.

INGREDIENTS

  • 220 grams haddock steak or a piece of skinned fillet, washed and dried
  • 3 tablespoons dressed crab
  • 2.5 cm piece fresh root ginger, chopped
  • 1 spring onion , chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons thick mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon chilli sauce
  • 1 teaspoon malt vinegar
