THOUSAND PETAL HADDOCK WITH CRAB

Preparation Method :
- Put the fish on a dinner plate. Tip the crab into a small basin with the ginger, onion and garlic. Work in the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Spread over the fish with a knife. Cover with clingfilm and slit it to allow steam to escape.
- Cook on Defrost for 9 minutes. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before eating.
INGREDIENTS
- 220 grams haddock steak or a piece of skinned fillet, washed and dried
- 3 tablespoons dressed crab
- 2.5 cm piece fresh root ginger, chopped
- 1 spring onion , chopped
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 2 tablespoons thick mayonnaise
- ½ teaspoon soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon chilli sauce
- 1 teaspoon malt vinegar
