FISH FILLETS IN YOGURT MARINADE

Preparation Method :
- To make marinade, place yogurt, chili sauce, coriander and chili in a bowl and mix to combine.
- Place fish fillets in a shallow glass or ceramic dish, spoon over marinade, cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
- Place fish in a shallow microwavable dish, with thickest parts of fillets towards edge of dish. Spoon over any remaining marinade, cover and cook on Medium for 4 - 6 minutes.
- To serve, place fillets on serving plates, stir sauce and spoon over fish.

- 2 fillets cod or similar fish, skinned
Yogurt Chili Sauce
- 150 grams natural yogurt
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
- 1 fresh red chili, seeded and finely chopped
